Tracking multiple Claude accounts in one dashboard (Pro + Max + Code)
Juggling a personal Pro and a work Max? Stop logging in and out to check limits. Here's how to see every Claude account's usage on one screen.
Updated September 6, 2026
A personal account and a work account can be at very different points in their allowances. Reopening each account just to check its status interrupts the work you were trying to do.
Bring the readings together
Connect the Claude accounts you are authorized to use, then press Refresh all. How Much Usage shows their reported session, weekly and additional limits together, with reading ages and reset times.
Choose with the right context
- A percentage describes that account’s own allowance. It is not an equal quantity of work across different plans.
- Unknown or stale readings need attention before you rely on a suggestion.
- Save for later keeps an account out of the ordinary suggestion while you plan. It does not reserve capacity with the provider.
Use the same view away from your desk
The dashboard and compact web widget work in a browser. The widget shows saved readings; refresh on the dashboard, then reload the saved reading in the widget. A phone home-screen shortcut opens the web app, rather than a native widget.
How Much Usage brings connected Claude and Codex accounts together. One account is free; unlimited connected accounts cost $15 once. For Claude alone, How Much Claude is $9 once, with one account free. These purchases do not increase your provider allowances.
