How your connection is protected

Pro · Day by day

Which account did the work?
See it, day by day.

Turn on daily tracking and Pro reads each connected account about once an hour. Each day shows how much of that account’s own weekly limit was used, plus its busiest 5-hour session, for up to 30 days. Claude and Codex are ranked separately, never against each other.

Sample data · fictional accountsTry it: switch the view or the range, pick an account, or use the arrow keys on the chart.

How the numbers are made

Off until you start it
Nothing is read until you press Start daily tracking. Turn it off or delete the saved days at any time.
About once an hour
Each tracked account is read roughly hourly while you keep using the dashboard. After 14 days without a visit, readings pause until you come back.
Nothing is filled in
Growth between two readings counts toward the day it happened, split at your local midnight. A long gap marks the day as partial instead of guessing.
Percentages, not content
Only daily percentages are kept, for 35 days. No prompts, files or messages.

Counts the general 5-hour session and the weekly all-models limit. Model-specific and code review limits are not included.

Day by day is included in the trial. No card required.

What’s left, and why

The reading.
The reason. The next step.

One percentage rarely tells the whole story. See every reported limit, how old each reading is, and which account has the most room before you start.

Every reported limit

Session, weekly and extra model limits appear when the provider reports them. Missing data stays marked as unknown.

A suggestion you can check

See which fresh account has the most reported room, and why. Claude and Codex get separate suggestions.

Honest about older readings

Every reading shows its age. Failed or outdated readings are flagged, and one failed account never clears the others’ saved readings.

A plan for the next reset

See known reset times and download a calendar file with a reminder. Refresh after the reset to confirm.

An account saved for later

Keep a fallback out of suggestions until you need it. Saved in this browser. The dashboard never switches accounts for you.

Your capacity beside your work

Keep saved readings in a compact web widget, a floating window in supported desktop browsers, or the Android companion.

What it won’t do

  • Switch accounts for you. Opening a provider never changes your session.
  • Send push alerts or emails. Reset reminders are calendar files you import.
  • Add capacity. Your plans set the limits. This only shows them.
  • Read your accounts in the background. Only Pro daily tracking does, and only after you switch it on.
  • Count all of ChatGPT. General ChatGPT messaging, API billing and paid extra usage are not measured.
  • Encrypt end to end. Tokens are encrypted on our server with AES-256-GCM, and our server can decrypt them to check usage.

Make it yours · Free on every plan

Pick a theme. Name your accounts.
Try both right here.

A dashboard you open every day should look the way you like and use your words. Both come with the free plan.

Four themes

Graphite is the default. Pick another and this whole page switches, the same way your dashboard will.

Saved in this browser, so your dashboard opens in the same theme. Other devices keep their own choice. Widgets have their own appearance setting.

Your names, everywhere

Swap an email address for a name like Client work. The new name shows on its card, in Day by day and in your widgets, on every device you sign in on. The original name is always one click away.

Sample account · Tap the pencil to rename it

Renaming changes only what this dashboard shows. Nothing changes at Anthropic or OpenAI.

  • Three useful views: Portfolio Pulse, Account Focus, and Reset Timeline.

Browse the usage guides
What is free, and what does the upgrade add?

New accounts start with 7 days of Pro: unlimited connected accounts and Day by day usage history. No card required. Your trial starts when you first open your signed-in dashboard. At the end, choose $9/month or keep one account free; you are never charged automatically. Saved connections stay in place. The free plan includes one connected Claude or Codex account with the capacity dashboard, reset calendar files, web widgets, themes and account names. Pro is $9/month for unlimited connected accounts and Day by day usage history. Cancel anytime in Manage billing; access continues until the end of the paid period. Existing lifetime purchases stay valid. Your AI provider subscriptions are separate.

What does Day by day record?

Nothing is recorded until you press Start daily tracking. Each connected account is then read about once an hour while you keep using the dashboard, and tracking pauses after 14 days without a visit. For each day it keeps the share of that account’s own weekly limit used and its busiest 5-hour session reading. Only daily percentages are kept, for 35 days. No prompts, files or messages. Days follow your browser’s time zone, and gaps show as partial days. Turn it off or delete the saved days at any time. Day by day is part of Pro and included in the 7-day trial.

Can you read my account credentials?

Tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before database storage and travel over HTTPS. Our server can decrypt them to check usage and renew connections. This is server-side encryption, not end-to-end encryption. We never ask for your provider password in this app. Read Security for token permissions, access boundaries and revocation steps.

How fresh are the readings?

Usage is checked when you press Refresh in the dashboard, and about once an hour for accounts in Pro daily tracking. Every reading shows its age. Older, missing or failed readings are made visible; a passed reset time does not confirm restored capacity. Refresh again to confirm.

Where are my theme and account names saved?

Your theme is saved in this browser on this device, so your dashboard opens in the theme you pick here. Other devices keep their own choice, and if your browser blocks storage the choice lasts for the current page only. Widgets have their own appearance setting. Account names are saved in your private, encrypted account vault, so they show on every device you sign in on. Renaming never changes anything at Anthropic or OpenAI. Themes and names are free on every plan.

Does it track all of ChatGPT?

It tracks Codex allowance on your ChatGPT plans, not general ChatGPT messaging or API spend. Claude and Codex keep their own reported windows and separate account suggestions.

Do widgets update or notify me while the app is closed?

Widgets show saved readings. Refresh in the dashboard, then reload the saved readings in your widget. Floating windows need a supported desktop browser and the original widget tab kept open. Android also has a separate native widget companion with a read-only device key; it can reload saved snapshots on the system schedule. iPhone installation provides the web app, not a native iOS widget. See Install for exact steps. There are no push alerts, and no background provider usage checks unless you switch on Pro daily tracking.

How do connections and reminders work?

Claude authorizes a separate dashboard connection; Codex uses a one-time sign-in helper. Credentials are encrypted in your private vault. For a known reset, download a calendar file and import it into your calendar to set a reminder.

What can I try before signing in?

This page runs on fictional sample accounts: switch between the Claude and Codex examples, read the Day by day chart, rename an account and change the theme. The interactive demo and the widget demo go further, with account suggestions, saving an account for later, older readings and limits. Nothing to connect. Your real dashboard starts with Google sign-in.
